This beautiful, modern Family- run B&B Villa Perla Vrsi is located along the shore of the Nin Bay, in the peaceful village of Vrsi –
Zukve. It’s an ideal location to enjoy stunning sandy, pebbled, and rocky beaches, hidden coves,
pine forests, and breathtaking views of the sea and the Velebit mountains.
Villa Perla is just 300 meters from the beach and only 1 km from the center of Vrsi, where you’ll find
local restaurants, taverns, and cafés – perfect for enjoying the relaxed Dalmatian lifestyle.
We offer 8 spacious double rooms, each with a private bathroom (some with underfloor heating) and
a large balcony. A third bed can be added upon request.
Our Story
B&B Villa Perla was born from a love of travel, people and the Dalmatian coast. As a family with years of experience in tourism and hosting, we wanted to create a space where guests feel relaxed and taken care of.
